Interventional Cardiologist

Job Description:

Cardiology Consultants is seeking qualified candidates for an Interventional Cardiologist, with experience in peripheral and carotid interventions. Applicant must be board certified or board eligible in cardiology.

The selected candidate will perform cardiac catheterizations, coronary and peripheral interventions in addition to general cardiology. Cardiology Consultants provides all adult cardiology services except septal closure devices, septal ablation and transplants.

Abilene has a warm, dry and windy climate, with a population of 115,000. Here on the “Friendly Frontier,” Abilene preserves the traditional heritage of the Old West through regular rodeos and horse shows. The diverse cultural community also includes a symphony, art museums, theatre, and ballet. The community of Abilene has a long and proud military history as the home of Dyess Air Force Base, and is also home to three private universities, two junior colleges, and a university pharmacy school.
